What does the price include??

What is NOT included in the price?
- The price does NOT include major modifications once I have spoken with the client and started sketching.. The client will know at all times what phase the project is in..
- The price does NOT include shipping outside of Spain. The difference in cost with a shipment within the peninsula will be paid separately.
